[235] V2不具合：ナビの内容が違う

- ナビ個別ウィンドウで取引ナビを確認すると、
別の取引の物になっているという現象が発生、エラーが出ます。
メインウィンドウの下部で表示できる取引ナビの内容は正常です。
その横の更新ボタンを押しても症状は改善されません。
